Spotlight on ERP services

Working together with you to assure right first time delivery

ERP programmes represent a very significant business investment and typically require an associated level of business transformation to realise their intended benefits. To succeed they must be people-led first and tech-led second. Mistakes can be extremely costly and very painful for all involved

What we do

At Uuna we provide bespoke ERP change management services, partnering with you to assure right first time delivery and a sustainable move to new ways of working.

We provide ERP people readiness health checks and assurance, strategic counsel, and expert project team resources across a wide range of enabling technology including SAP, Oracle and Microsoft packages and across global contexts.

Our ERP change specialists have helped some of world’s largest brands achieve success with complex, global ERP-enabled business transformations, including high-stakes programme turnarounds.
