Go live had been delayed four times with several leadership changes. Right first time Phase 0 go live was a non-negotiable and people readiness must be assured

What we did

Discovery interviews with 30+ stakeholders from across the programme and business over two weeks

Assessment of risk and status against 14 statements that must be true for success e.g. Change interventions are holistic, addressing the ‘whole change’, not just one aspect (e.g. tech)

Creation of a read-out report setting out findings, impact of not addressing, clear and simple recommendations, risk level and effort to remedy e.g. high, medium, low

Series of discussions with leaders throughout the process to deeply understand their context and concerns, share early insights, keep stakeholders fully appraised of progress and begin to introduce some of the concepts to remedy findings in an engaging way

Business outcomes

The organisation has a clear understanding of the health of their people readiness approach, with clear recommendations to simplify and maximise the impact of their change management investment in an accelerated way. Enhanced programme buy in from key stakeholders who were given a chance to share their voice and see their concerns addressed via the audit process. The investment in assurance was a demonstratable intent to the business to improve the change experience, building trust.
