Spotlight on the Change Effectiveness diagnostic

Our Change Effectiveness Diagnostic is the most popular. We run it on live change programmes to understand the impact the change is having, and then together shape an action plan to improve the programme. We ask your people questions such as how aligned their work is to the programme, how engaged they are, how they feel about the programme, and what can we do to make their change experience and the programme better, because we know that change lands well when people experience it in a positive way.

How does it work?

  • We run an anonymous, three minute survey once a month at the beginning of existing meetings that your people already attend
  • We use AI to help analyse the data we collect and work with you agree actions to make improvements
  • The data is visualised on a dashboard available for everyone to see which, nudges towards a culture of openness and transparency
  • This result is an overall change experience score which we track every month
  • We’ve found that by giving people a voice on a monthly basis, we start to see this groundswell of support for a change, because action is being taken regularly based on what people have fed back. And we know that co-creation of solutions drives ownership for change
