How do you explain to people why we need change management?
Someone sensibly asked this question on our recent webinar about ‘three lessons we learnt from applying Lean Change in a large organisation’ to build internal change capability.
This is what we said…
In times of change, it’s easy to focus on processes, systems, and timelines. But the real challenge, and opportunity, lies in how we bring our people with us.
- How are we building alignment behind the change?
- How are we shifting hearts and minds?
- How are we making sure the change is not just delivered, but adopted in a meaningful way?
Because we can implement a new process or roll out a new system, but unless people understand it and are willing to support it and use it in the right way, we don’t realise the benefits in the original business case.
At Uuna, we focus on people-led, co-created change that’s sustainable. ‘Lean Change’ – a visual, conversational, co-created approach to change, helps us do just that, creating momentum and building a movement behind the change.
If you’re curious about what this could look in your organisation, I’d love to have a conversation. Drop me a message, always happy to chat.
Have a lovely day.
