From controlling change to facilitating it

Change Management has perhaps traditionally been a control mindset.

But what would happen if we shifted our stance from one of control to facilitation?

We can do this with the following:

šŸ’” ā€˜define and align’ behind clear change outcomes, via great conversations starting at Exec level, around a ā€˜change canvas’

šŸ¤ help leaders to ā€˜lead when they don’t know’ – with people and dialogue at the heart, creating space for colleagues to co-create solutions

šŸŒ think ā€˜shared outcomes over silos’ and bridge different, and equally valid, perspectives relating to the change

šŸ› ļø create change plans together with impacted colleagues…and early

šŸ”„ test, measure and learn, adapting our approach based on the complexities of each organisation, all the while thinking ā€˜progress over perfection’ (that’s our favourite)
