It takes a village to deliver brilliant change together and it felt so good to get together in a room last night with so many talented people from across the industry – deeply committed to delivering change well – it felt so supportive and collaborative.
We are over the moon to have won Best Future-Ready Leadership award at the Change Awards. Winning an award for ‘doing good in the world’ in change was something so close to our hearts when we started, so heading into year three as a B Corp, delivering ‘positive change for positive lives’ is just brilliant!
The award was for our work with WSP – a fantastic client who we partnered with to build change capability for 140+ non-change managers.
We used Lean Change – a people-centred, highly pragmatic, visual approach that brings co-creation, meaningful dialogue and iteration together, to navigate the complexities and chaos of change in simple ways.
A big thank you to Justin Balaski and Jason Little for helping us bring Lean Change to life across the world.
